With most activities included in the price of your break, a Mark Warner holiday is a great opportunity for all members of the family to learn something new…
We all want to relax on holiday, but family holidays are also a great opportunity to have fun together, learn new things and challenge ourselves. In recent years, my boys and I have pushed our boundaries at Mark Warner resorts with new activities including waterskiing, paddle-boarding and scuba-diving, and built on our existing interest in tennis and sea-kayaking.
Being out on the water is child’s play with the help of Mark Warner’s fully qualified watersports staff with their free tuition, while resident tennis coaching staff give adults and kids alike the chance to improve their strokes. Free racquet and ball loan also give lots of scope for casual tennis or just plain knocking about on the courts.
Guests aged 13 and up can also enjoy the thrill of exploring their destination by free mountain-bike, with or without a guide (ages 13–16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian), while there’s a busy program of fitness classes for those who want anything from a sunset stretch to a high-impact work-out. Our lucky junior guests also get the chance to try out many activities, including windsurfing and sailing, as part of their wide-ranging kids’ club offerings.
And if all that wasn’t enough, Mark Warner’s fun-loving staff also arrange informal beach volleyball and waterpolo matches for guests to join in or simply cheer on from the sidelines. Your only problem will be fitting it all in!
