You may have seen over the last year (or 4!) that we host an annual Ambassador Programme, whereby we work with a selection of fantastic bloggers to experience a Mark Warner holiday and give genuine feedback, reviews & help us reach new audiences.
This year, we’re mixing this up a little and inviting different influencers, including those who focus on social media and vlogs as well as blogs, to work with us. We’re expanding our ambassador programme to lifestyle and travel influencers, solo travellers, couples and friends, but we are still keen to work with family bloggers.
This is why we are still opening up one spot for you to apply for, whatever your style/ content type. We love giving you the chance to apply to work with us, because each of you have something different and unique to offer and we have really enjoyed working with bloggers over the past few years.
What’s in it for you?
We want to be fair and upfront with you as it’s a mutual relationship and we want to stick to our part of the deal.
One holiday in 2018 – Either sun or ski (for 2 adults and 2 children)
Summer Holidays include; charter flights, resort transfers, varied board basis, childcare from 4 months – 17 years, sailing and windsurfing with tuition, tennis, mountain biking and fitness programme (please note facilities and flights vary between resorts )
Additional costs; lunch (at some resorts), drinks, tennis coaching, RYA sailing and windsurfing courses, spa treatments.
Exclusion dates; w/c 21st July – 31st August, w/c 20th October.
Ski Holidays include; flights (London, Manchester or Birmingham), transfers, breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner with wine, childcare from 4 months – 12 years.
Additional costs; drinks, spa treatments, ski pass, lift hire, ski school. Please note we have good relationships with the ski schools and hire shops and will do our best to get these free of charge. Ski school – approx. £150 pp. Ski hire – approx. £120pp. Lift passes – approx. £200 per adult
Exclusion dates; w/c 1st April and w/c 30th December 2018
Please note; some busy peak weeks have limited spaces and will be restricted to one Ambassador per date. We will try our best to accommodate everyone as much as possible.

How can you get involved?
Step 1 – Get creative.
Here at Mark Warner we’re super excited about our brand new resort in Turkey opening for summer 2018 – it’s our number one destination to visit! Are you also craving the sunshine? Or are the mountains more your thing? Create a Video/blogpost sharing with your audience where you’d most like to travel to this year.
We want you to mention us, to impress us, show us what you can do for our brand. What will connect with your followers?
Once you’ve decided what you’d like to showcase, Get tagging us on social media, @mwholidays using #mwambassador. If you are entering with a blog post, Tweet us a link @mwholidays
The more reach you get, the better.

Social media influencers:
Sharing a photo each day of your holiday, on as many platforms as possible.
Instagram Stories – showcase your holiday on stories. Make this as fun as possible and then post this as a highlight on your Instagram profile.
Hosting our website link in your social profile. Tagging us @mwholidays in all posts and asking your followers to check us out
Social media takeovers on our social channels while on holiday (further details of this closer to the time of your holiday)
Social media interaction during your holiday (1 post per day and Instagram stories)
Blogpost/ social media post after the holiday – e.g. photo/ video diary.
A selection of fun holiday images that MW will have the right to use.
Help to promote Mark Warner throughout the year.
Act as a brand ambassador; recommendations, feedback, idea generation.
Display a #MarkWarnerAmbassador Badge on your blog.
Write a Feefo, Google and Trip Advisor review.
Mark Warner will select the winner on a combination of the following criteria;
Quality and creativity of the post
Social interactions and followers
What other brands you are working with
You have until Friday 9th March to enter and the winner will be notified by Friday 16th March.

NB: Although we would love to welcome families of all shapes and sizes, any families over 4 people will be a struggle to fit into bedrooms and cause us to be told off by our finance department. If you are a big family you can still enter and we will get you the best price possible for the extra family members.
Terms & Conditions
The holiday must be taken before the end of 2018.
The holiday is not transferable; no cash alternative is available and is subject to availability. The holiday cannot be modified.
Influencer must be the lead guest and be present on arrival.
Influencers are responsible for all travel arrangements and costs to and from the UK airport.
This ambassador search is open to UK based bloggers, aged over 18, excluding employees of Mark Warner and their families and agents. Mark Warner reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
By entering the application process the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and confirm that they have the legal capacity to enter into this ambassador search (ie. the entrant is of sufficient age and mental capacity and is entitled to be legally bound in contract) and the entrant confirms that they have a valid passport.
No purchase is necessary.
Entries must be made before Friday 9th March. Entries made after that time will not be valid.
The winner will be notified on by Friday 16th March by telephone and/or email.
The chosen Influencer must confirm acceptance before the end of the day on Friday 16th March,otherwise
another Influencer will be selected.
Mark Warner reserves the right to amend these rules or withdraw the ambassador search at any time without notice.
In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions or the ambassador search, the decision of Mark Warner shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Mark Warner reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
Mark Warner does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of acceptance or non-acceptance of this ambassador search.
This application and these terms and conditions will be governed by English Law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Helona Beach Resort and Chalet Loden are excluded from the choice of hotels.
Please note that some of our ski hotels are adult only and do not offer childcare.
